On February 9, 2018, Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On February 9, 2018, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2017. In connection therewith, the Company provided an investor presentation on its website at http://www.oaktreestrategicincome.com. A copy of the investor presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
