Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On January 3, 2018, the Human Resources Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Constellation Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) took the following action with regard to certain compensatory arrangements for one of its Executive Officers.

Approval of New Annual Base Salary

The Committee set a new annual base salary for one of the Company’s Executive Officers, which salary will take effect on March 5, 2018. The following table sets forth the new annual base salary level of the Executive Officer identified below:
