Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 18, 2017, CAT9 Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update on the state of its 2017 accomplishments with its new acer truncatum business along with a temporary suspension of its food and farm equipment sales business. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
