Delphi Automotive PLC Completes Spin-Off of Powertrain Segment

Formerly known as Delphi Automotive, Aptiv emerges from the completion of Delphi’s spin-off of its Powertrain segment, which today became Delphi Technologies PLC (NYSE: DLPH).
