On November 27, 2017, Registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration by its Board of Directors on November 22, 2017 of the Company’s fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.12 per common share, which is payable on December 20, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2017. In addition to this regular cash dividend, the Board of Directors approved a special dividend of $0.05 per common share, which will be payable on December 29, 2017 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2017. A copy of Registrant’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.
