On November 14, 2017, Middlefield Banc Corp. issued a press release announcing the declaration by its Board of Directors on November 13, 2017, of the Company’s quarterly cash dividend of 27 cents per common share. The cash dividend is payable on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on November 28, 2017.
