Item 8.01      Other Events

 

On October 16, 2017, Pillar Investment Corporation, the general partner and representative of various investment funds under the control of our director, Youssef El Zein, through Pillar Pharmaceuticals II, L.P. and Participations Besancon (each an investment fund advised by Pillar Investment Corporation), exercised the remaining Series E warrants held by each fund.

 

The total number of warrants exercised was 6,842,844 resulting in such shares being added Pillar Investment Corporations direct ownership.

 

The Company received proceeds of $4,789,990.80 due to the warrant exercise.
