Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 9, 2017 the registrant publicly released information about third quarter 2017 financial results, updated projected full-year 2017 adjusted earnings expectations, and disclosed its preliminary expectation of the impact on 2017 financial results of the October 4, 2017 operational incident at the Kingsport manufacturing facility. The full text of the release is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
