Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 25, 2017, Tautachrome Inc. announced on its Twitter, Facebook and Instagram sites (@Tautachrome, Tautachrome) that it intends to begin work to monetize KlickZie imagery with a KlickZie blockchain cryptotoken, tentatively designated KLK (the “Announcement”). A copy of the Announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
