On September 25, 2017, Allergan plc (the “Company”) announced that Maria Teresa Hilado has decided to retire as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hilado informed the Company of her decision on September 22, 2017. Ms. Hilado will continue in her current role until a successor is named. The Company has launched an executive search to fill the position.
