Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 29, 2017, ScanSource, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release and accompanying presentation slides are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto and incorporated herein by reference and also made available through the Company’s website at www.scansource.com. An updated investor presentation will be made available on the Company's website within approximately two weeks.
