Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
PBF Energy Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey Dill, President, Western Region, will take on a new role with the Company working on strategic initiatives. In order to facilitate this move, on August 23, 2017, Mr. Dill resigned as President, Western Region, and from all other offices held with its subsidiaries effective as of September 1, 2017. Effective as of September 1, 2017, Timothy Paul Davis, currently Senior Vice President, Commercial, Western Region will assume the position of the President, Western Region.
