Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

WELLESLEY, Mass., Aug. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq Capital Market: WEBK) (the "Company"), the holding company for Wellesley Bank today announced that on August 23, 2017 its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders of $0.05 per common share, to be paid on September 20, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 6, 2017.
