On August 15, 2017, Rosehill Resources Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2017, an increase in the Company’s estimated proved reserves as of June 30, 2017 and updated 2017 guidance and 2018 forecast.
