On August 14, 2017 Seven Stars Cloud Group, Inc. (formerly known as Wecast Network, Inc.) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
