Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2017, Parks! America, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release (the “News Release”) reporting information regarding its results of operations for the three months and nine months ended July 2, 2017 and its financial condition as of July 2, 2017. A copy of the News Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
