On August 9, 2017, School Specialty, Inc. issued a Fiscal Year 2017 Second Quarter Financial Update and a press release reporting its financial results for the Fiscal Year 2017 Second Quarter.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of Fiscal Year 2017 Second Quarter Financial Update is attached as Exhibit 99.2. Both exhibits are incorporated by reference herein.
