On August 9, 2017, Jamba, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update for fiscal year 2017 first and second quarters and status of the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
