On August 1, 2017, United States Steel Corporation issued a press release regarding an incident at our Great Lakes Works facility, which we do not believe will have a material impact on our financial condition or the results of our operations. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
