On July 28, 2017, Zynerba Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Cynthia A. Rask, M.D., a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, passed away.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
