Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 21, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Julius Hollis as a member of the Board. Mr. Hollis resigned for personal reasons, and there was no dispute or disagreement between Mr. Hollis and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
