Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On July 11, 2017, GP Commercial WF LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc., entered into an amendment (“Amendment”) to that certain previously disclosed Master Repurchase Agreement and Securities Contract, dated as of June 28, 2017, with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. Pursuant to the Amendment, the maximum facility amount under the repurchase facility increased from approximately $376 million to approximately $473.

 

The foregoing description of the Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Amendment which is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
