On June 19, 2017, ONEOK, Inc. announced plans to expand the Mid-Continent natural gas liquids gathering system and the existing Sterling III Pipeline. ONEOK, Inc. expects to invest approximately $130 million for these projects, which are expected to be complete by the end of 2018. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
