On June 19, 2017, CRISPR Therapeutics AG (the “Company”) announced that China’s State Intellectual Property Office has granted a patent broadly covering the Company’s in-licensed gene editing technology. A copy of the press release announcing the grant of the patent is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
