Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Management of PBF Logistics GP LLC, general partner of PBF Logistics LP (the "Partnership"), will be participating in meetings with investors and industry analysts at the 2017 Master Limited Partnership Association ("MLPA") conference to be held in Orlando, Florida from Wednesday, May 31, 2017 through Friday, June 2, 2017.
The Partnership's presentation materials, available on the Investor Relations section of the Partnership's website at www.pbflogistics.com, are furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
