Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference is the investor presentation that will be used by Rimini Street, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Rimini Street"), in making presentations at the Cowen Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on May 31, 2017, with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated May 16, 2017, by and among GP Investments Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (the "GPIAC"), Let's Go Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of GPIAC, Rimini Street, and the Holder Representative named therein.
