On May 30, 2017, Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will present a corporate update at the Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference in New York City on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time..
