Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 30, 2017, Isabella Bank Corporation issued a press release announcing the appointment of Jerome Schwind to the Board of Directors of Isabella Bank, the Corporation's banking subsidiary, effective May 25, 2017. Mr. Schwind currently serves as the President and Chief Operations Officer of Isabella Bank.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
