Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 30, 2017, FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. announced that the lawsuit with Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in the District Court of Harris County, Texas, Case No. 2017-29153, has been dismissed. The non-suit dismissal resolves all claims asserted in the lawsuit.
