Item 5.02 Departures of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Mr. D’Aguilar was recently elected to the Parliament of the Bahamas and was appointed to the cabinet of the Bahamas as Minister of Tourism and Aviation. Effective May 23, 2017, Mr. Dionisio D’Aguilar has resigned as a director of the Company.
