Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 22, 2017, Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and other financial information. On the same day, the Company posted to its website a presentation containing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. Copies of the press release and the presentation are furnished with this report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
