BioTelemetry, Inc. (the “Company”) Board of Directors promoted Heather Getz, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.

 

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company approved a salary increase for Mrs. Getz, effective May 15,  2017, as follows:
