Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2017, Reed’s Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its first quarter earnings results. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company will hold a conference call on Monday May 15, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss its 2017 fiscal first quarter results.
