On May 11, 2017, Steadfast Apartment REIT III, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the three months ended ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the earnings release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
