Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2017, New York REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2017.
