Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures
On May 4, 2017, WSFS Financial Corporation (the "Registrant") announced that Rodger Levenson, Chief Corporate Development Officer and Dominic C. Canuso, Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, will be hosting one-on-one meetings and a presentation via live webcast with investors and analysts at the D.A. Davidson 19th Annual Financial Institutions Conference on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 in Denver, Colorado.
