Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 9, 2017, Natera, Inc. (“Natera”) issued a press release announcing its results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2017 and provided a related investor presentation. A copy of the press release and a copy of the investor presentation are furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
