On May 4, 2017, Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and also hosted a conference call to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release and call transcript are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
