Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 5, 2017, Public Service Company of New Mexico (“PNM"), a subsidiary of PNM Resources, Inc., filed a proposed settlement agreement among several of the key parties in the PNM general rate case pending before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (“NMPRC”). The proposed settlement agreement is subject to NMPRC approval. The settlement agreement can be found at: http://www.pnmresources.com/investors/rates-and-filings.aspx.
