Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 3, 2017, the Company issued a letter to its shareholders regarding the availability of the Company’s 2016 financial results and the change of the Company’s trading symbol to “OMSH” effective immediately.
A copy of such letter is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
