Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 1, 2017, UGI Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the Company for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 2, 2017, the Company will hold a live Internet Audio Webcast of its conference call to discuss its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2017.
