Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 2, 2017, Freddie Mac (formally known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) announced its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the related press release for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, a copy of the First Quarter 2017 Financial Results Supplement is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
