SECTION 1 – REGISTRANT’S BUSINESS AND OPERATIONS
ITEM 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On July 23, 2016, (the “Company”) entered into an Agreement with Yunnan Province of China.
The Agreement between the parties outline the mutual cooperation whereby the Company and Yunnan Province agree to plant acer truncatum plants on land controlled by Yunnan Province and the Company has agreed to repurchase the plant upon growth at a fixed price, with certain conditions. The Company has agreed to provide seeds and seedlings of acer truncatum plants along with professional services such as cultivation and tracking services to Yunnan Province.
