We held our annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on April 28, 2017. In light of the voting results for Proposal 3, our Board of Directors has adopted a policy to hold annual advisory votes on executive compensation until the next advisory vote on the frequency of stockholder votes on executive compensation, or until our Board of Directors determines to hold such an advisory vote at a different frequency.
