On April 26, 2017, RiceBran Technologies (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on April 24, 2016 it received a letter regarding the decision of the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
