The Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Northwest Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") was held on April 19, 2017. The Matters listed below were submitted to a vote of he shareholders through the solicitation of proxies, and the proposals are described in detail in the Company's Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 7, 2017.
