On March 30, 2017, ORBCOMM Inc. (“ORBCOMM”) issued a press release announcing that it has launched a private offering of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes. A copy of the press release, which was issued pursuant to and in accordance with Rule 135c under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
