On March 30, 2017, J.Jill, Inc. issued a press release to announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 28, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
