Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
Our board of directors and majority shareholders approved a name change to Drone Guarder, Inc. On the same day, we filed a Certificate of Amendment to our Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State in connection with our name change. A copy of the Certificate of Amendment is filed herewith as Exhibit 3.1.
In connection with the name change, we have the following new CUSIP number: 26211L 103. We have submitted an application with FINRA and received an effective date of March 24, 2017 for the corporate action. We received a new symbol that better reflects our new name, DRNG.
