Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 15, 2017, Graphic Packaging Holding Company announced that it will be revising the record date for its recently announced quarterly dividend payable on April 5, 2017. The Company does not expect the amount of the dividend, $.075 per share, or the payable date of the dividend to change.
A press release announcing the revision to the record date is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
